21-year-old Aussie 'skate-rat' Jonathan Boulet's 'A Community Service Announcement' is the kind of indie anthem that would sound right at home on the '(500) Days of Summer' soundtrack. Instead, it soundtracks this rather excellent video, directed by New Zealand duo Special Problems.Boulet seemingly survived this ordeal and his debut album is scheduled for release next month.
