Staged?

Sacha Baron Cohen's 'Bruno' made quite an entrance at the MTV Movie Awards last night. Is Eminem's reaction genuine or was it set up? The cameras were rather conveniently positioned to be able to track his exit, don't you think?

Either way, it's pretty hilarious.
